What age groups are these scooters meant for?
The scooters we carry are used by everyone. Children love to ride around the neighborhood, college students cruise to class, and
adults find our scooters a great way to beat traffic and parking problems in the city. However, we do recommend that riders be at
least 7 years of age.

What is the maximum rider weight?
The maximum rider weight varies for each scooter. 200 pounds is the maximum recommended weight for the X010. The X360, on
the other hand, can handle 300 pounds. While the X-11 can hold up to 250 pounds.

How do I turn the scooter on?
Located on the bottom right side of your scooter is a power button switch. Use this switch to avoid accidental starts. Press in for on
and press again for off. The switch can be in ON position or OFF position to charge the battery. The scooter is shipped with the
power switch turned off.

How many miles can the scooter travel before the battery dies?
With a fully charged battery, your scooter X-010 can cover up to 10 miles, the X-11, about 15 miles, and the X-360 can travel for
up to 20 miles. Actual distance depends on a number of variables including load, tire pressure, battery power, terrain, etc. Try to
charge your scooter after every ride, no matter how short.

Is it necessary to fully drain the battery each time before recharging?
It is NOT necessary to fully drain the battery each time before recharging. In fact, we recommend charging the battery after every
ride, no matter how short.

How does the speed-changing switch work?
For safety purpose, the scooter uses a speed changing switch. When released it will always return to the off position. Turn the speed
changing switch towards your body to raise the speed of the scooter and turn it against your body to lower the speed.

How high does the handlebar need to be?
The handlebars should be adjusted to be just below the riders waistline. To adjust the height of the handlebars, open the quick lock,
releasing the tube. Adjust to proper height and close the lock immediately. To tighten the lock, move the adjustable nut on the lock.
It should take as much strength as possible to close the spanner when adjusted correctly.

Is any maintenance required?
Periodic adjustment of the drive belt will be necassary to maintain proper tension. If the belt is too loose, it will make a popping noise
while accelerating, indicating the need for immediate adjustment. Before adjusting the drive belt, disconnect the battery power to
prevent accidental starts or shocks. Loosen the rear axle nut until the wheel can be easily moved backward and forward by the
hand. Rotate the belt adjusters on the rear axle until the proper tension is achieved. Tighten the axle nut and recheck belt tension.

I hear a popping noise when accelerating. Is something wrong?
If the scooter's drive belt is too loose, it will make a popping noise while accelerating, indicating the need for immediate adjustment.
Periodic adjustment of the drive belt will be necassary to maintain proper tension.
